Happy Thanksgiving!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving with their loved ones. We sure did!
It was a beautiful day in Savannah today. I baked two pies this morning and filled the house with yummy smells. As the temperature climbed towards 70, we decided to take a walk down to the ponds in our neighborhood. It was absolutely gorgeous! We came home and played outside, drew with sidewalk chalk and the Boys jumped in their bounce house. We ate lunch and I got to work on our dinner feast. We shared it with friends and the Boys ate maybe a bite of dinner and a bunch of fresh whipped cream. Oh well, there's always next year!
I've been thinking a lot about what I am thankful for and I'll share it with y'all. Here goes.
I am so thankful for my amazing Husband. It has been over 13 years since I met you and you can still make my heart skip a beat just by walking in the room. I knew the moment I met you that I was supposed to spend my life with you and I thank God daily for the love that He's given me in you.
I am so thankful for my Boys. No matter how frustrated I get or how loud you scream, I melt when I hear your little voices say Mommy. I love the innocence in your eyes and the excitement that the simplest of things can give you. I pray that you keep that in your hearts your entire life and I am so grateful that God trusted me with you. I love you all so, so much, there aren't words to describe it.
I am so thankful for my relationship with my Glorious Creator. Thank you for Your Love. I hope that I can be the woman that You created me to be. Thank you Lord for my life.
I am so thankful for our families. I so wish that we could be with all of you more, but know that you are in our hearts and thoughts always.
I am so thankful for our friends. Thank you for being our extended family.
I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday and that there are many, many more in your future. God bless you all!
Nighty-night!
